Return to base warranty costs

Hi guys a bought a refurbished laptop online, and paid for Next day delivery. After 6 hours after it arrived, it completely crashed and was useless (I work in IT so I know what I'm doing!).
It has a returrn to base warranty, as a lot of them do nowadays. The website states that: -
"All item carries Return to Base Warranty. This means "You the Customer" are responsible for sending the item back to us where product should be insured and should have courier tracking number."
OK so I'm responsible for sending it back, insured courier - no problem. I will use original boxes and packaging. I have logged it with them as a faulty item.
I will be after a full refund, as it is faulty and not because I have changed my mind.
Can I now expect a full refund, including the Next day delivery and my expenses in sending it back to them?

As a consumer you are entitled to a refund and postage costs returned.
As a business you are relying on the terms of the warranty. You say you work in IT so only saying as there is a chance it's a B2B transaction.0 -
Yes I work in IT, but this was bought as a private sale for my own use so noe a B2B.
My company already issue me with a laptop..0 -
