Just so no one else gets caught out like I have. You have 30 days to request a MR.., but only 28 days to get the MR letter to the DWP. It's been suggested before that you go to CAB - could you do that now for the appeal?

It does feel to me that another set of eyes on your situation - ones that are neutral and have experience of appeals etc would help you. I've done quite a lot of these over the years and most clients appreciate the additional input and assistance.
