Social Housing Mutual Exchange - 5 way swap!

I've been working really hard on finding a house exchange (as we need somewhere bigger urgently), and have ended up with a 5 person chain to make it work for everyone. I know this is a lot of links, but everyone is keen and I think will stick with it.

My question is about applying to our respective landlords (different HAs), do we each have to fill in a form for each of the landlords, or is it just the properties we're moving to and from (and our own).

Would be great to hear from anyone who's completed a 4 (or more) way swap :)

My Friend did a 4 way swap but it was over 20 years ago. She'd been let down by others in the past so was very nervous about it actually happening but it did. I'm not sure exactly how it was arranged though. Good luck

It could work quite well within one LA or HA as it would mean that no rooms were spare when other families were in need, but separate ones may have different policies. (For instance they could be quite happy for someone to vacate one of their 3 bedroomed properties, but would prefer to give the vacated house to someone on their waiting list, instead of it going to an 'outsider', especially as their client may leave a home suitable for another on their list. )
