    It is great that they are addressing the issue, allbeit in the wrong way.... I hope she realisees the error of her ways and gets MSE help.

    Funny debt was a topic on River City tonight, or so i heard, ahem! However it went from in debt to on the game within 1 half hour show. That's reallife for ya!!!
    I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
    (it's part of my charm!)
  • I'd quite happily get 40k in debt if it meant having sean slater come to my house in the early hours.... he'd never get chance to leave though ;)

    I don't watch it, but people at work have been coming up to me and asking if I saw it. One person told me 'I thought of you as I was watching it, Sylv. You're quite evangelical about debt aren't you? You and that website you hang out on.' !

    I'm not sure if it was a compliment or not...

    At least I know they've listened to me ;)

    Its a ridiculous storyline, it just looks like the writers have been told that they need to do a debt story and just bunged it on peggy. No build to it or anything.

    Agreed, and the idea of bayliff turning up without a court order is simply scaremongering.
