New conservatory leaking

Hello, I wonder if anyone can offer some advice. We had a new conservatory installed to replace an old leaking one. We were assured by everyone that we wouldn't have the same issues and spent over £30,000.00 but its been leaking since it's installation in March 2017. We have had the company back over 18 times but today it's still leaking, we have listened to every excuse, it's our house, it's the fitters, wrong screws, wrong guttering etc etc. My question is where do we stand? They said yesterday that this is what the '10 year guarantee' is for so have we spent all this money to have another conservatory that plainly isn't fit for purpose? Is it reasonable to expect us to continually allow more fitters to come and look at the problem without ever fixing it? I've had a phone from the M D's secretary today after putting a poor review up but it's the first time they've taken our complaint seriously. Would really appreciate some input.

First thing to ask is how was the conservatory paid for? as this will have a big bearing on the options open to you.0

We had a conservatory built by the same company as our next door neightbours....both leaked. Turned out they should have installed cavity trays as the water was running down the wall inside the rendering above the conservatory, then running down the internal wall. They did come and insert the trays in both our houses and no more leaks. This is only one scenario but may be of some help to you. Good luck and hope it gets sorted soon.0

My question is where do we stand?
You stand preferably not under the bit that is leaking...
Ok, so being serious, they clearly haven't got a clue why it is leaking, so you need to start giving them a date to fix it by properly, otherwise you will get a second opinion and professional to fix it at their expense.
Start looking for an independent professional that perhaps COULD fix it.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
