Hi all
I had a mortgage with the bank of Scotland from April 2007 to December 2013.
What is the likelihood that PPI was present on this mortgage?
Thank you

Most people didnt buy MPPI.
Most people who did buy MPPI were not missold MPPI.
April 2007 is already in the period when PPI misselling was known about and is post January 2005 regulation.
So, low odds of a missold MPPI.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. So if PPI was found to have been on the policy but not Mis sold - is this where a pelvin claim would kick in?0

Only if bought via a bank. (in theory brokers/advisers are captured under plevin but their commission rates didnt include profit sharing and were typically way under the tipping point. Banks commission on MPPI was under the tipping point but its the profit share that took it over).I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
