Praise - Ring Doorbell

I bought a ring doorbell towards the end of last year after seeing how good a work colleagues was. I've been really impressed, with the app, the online viewing and the doorbell.

Two things happened recently, we had a doorstep conman whom, when I sent the video to the police said what excellent quality it was, and it was the man they suspected.

Secondly, I managed to drop a screw when changing the battery, which bounced into the fifth dimension, I rang customer service, and they were beyond helpful and actually lived up to their name, which seems to be a real rarity nowadays.

Highly recommended, both the product and quality, but especially the customer service.

It was easy to install, and on a couple of occasions when a parcel was being delivered while we were out, I have been able to talk to the delivery man and ask him to leave in a certain place.


Very pleased with the item.
