Experian Report - Missing Details

Hi Everyone,
as I'm looking to get a personal loan for my wedding I decided to look into my Experian report in depth to figure out what was there and how I could improve it. I paid the £14.99 to be able to check my report on their website and I found for my surprise that there wasn't any information in there! I have been following my credit score using ClearScore as it was able to pick up all my details and it's free so I don't understand why ClearScore manage to find all my information on bank accounts, credit cards, telecoms, bills and Experian (a paid service) couldn't...
I have emailed Experian to try to get some insight on this but i'm a bit reluctant about their will to help....
Thank you all

It's possible that your providers don't report to Experian. It's nothing to do with being free or paid for.
Remember to use your reports to monitor the data, never the score.0 -
You sure a loan is needed, weddings can be done cheaply.0
-
Remember also to check the free version of each of your reports, rather than paying for them. It's the same data0
-
But can that happen with Nationwide accounts, Lloyds accounts, American Express and other monthly bills? How does Experian collect their data then?
Thank you0 -
Lenders report monthly to the CRAs of their choice.0

Cancel that immediately and sign up for the MSE Credit Club.
It’s free and provides your Experian report.0
