has anyone ever had a response from littelwoods about ppi, that ppi had been applied on your account but there was no premium charged on your account?
i find it strange that this is the case on a very old account.

It's a very common situation, where you have not carried a balance, cleared in full or cancelled the PPI.0

It can be the case with an account which is young or old. The important aspect is how you used the card. If you used the card and then paid it off each month or if you simply didn't use the card then no PPI would be charged (or paid).i find it strange that this is the case on a very old account.
You won't ever receive a refund of monies you never actually paid, but if you have documentary evidence which somehow disproves Littlewoods' records then you should present them with it.0
