Yes... password failing...hmmm.. never happened before
Checked wife's login, no problem.
I can't see any general reports of problems and Tesco seem unaware so I have ignored their advice to me about locked account due to password entered incorrectly 3 times (as that is not the case and not locked) and reset password. Logged in now.
Aggrrr.. and I log out and I get same problem... it is refusing to accept my password again. This is crackers.
Okay.. final update.... after insisting I was not at fault they're determining it is a problem with specific browsers that they appear to be acknowledging has arisen. I can log in as normal with Chrome.. but not IE as of this morning.
So suggest users with problem try a different browser such as chrome (for now)."Do not attribute to conspiracy what can adequately be explained by incompetence" - rogerblack0 -

Yes, the same here. I've been struggling all day long. I'm not able to log in neither in mine nor in my wife's accounts. And I went through the reset password procedure and just like Muttleythefrog, once I log out, it's impossible to log in again. And I'm on IE at work.The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.0

I am using Safari. I got passed the first log in screen and got details of the sharing of accounts. Tried to proceed to log in to account and got the message 'the server dropped the connection'.0

Its seems to be a problem with IE for me also, Firefox worked fine.
Going to give IE another go.0 -

If you are trying to access insurance account you have to re register as they apparently introduced a new system in December .This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I've found that the Co-op bank has only worked on Firefox since early last year.0
