My son ordered a pizza online over 2 hours ago. Despite ringing 3 times and being told each time that it had been despatched already, it still hasn't arrived. My son requested the order be cancelled the last time he rang which was 2 hours after the order. He was told that they don't do that, he has to have the pizza and it has just left. That was 20 minutes ago and we live about 5 minutes away. So clearly it hadn't just left.
How does my son get his money back? Think he paid on a debit card.

It finally arrived after I rang and spoke to them. Think because my son sounds young on the phone they were not taking him seriously. They told me they were busy because it was a bank holiday.
Took two and a half hours in the end.
My son was buying it as a treat for his girlfriend, don't think cheese on toast had the same appeal :rotfl:0 -
