Have i left my defence letter to late??? need help ASAP

Can someone please help me as i am beyond stressed now. dates are:
Claim letter date: 13th March
Acklodgment of service: 19th March
i have written my defence but due to bank holiday it wont be received until 4th or 5th of April.
is it 14 days after AOS or 28 days of claim form date? i a worried its due today but nothing has been sent. Should i submit this online?
yes i shouldn't have started a new thread but no one was replying to my reply on my other thread. i just need quick advice so this is the only ting i thought to do.
