Left Bulb should I cancel my DD?
I switched away from Bulb on 20th March and have calculated I am £130 in credit based on the readings I gave just before I switched.
I can no longer access my Bulb online account, I just get a blank page with no options other than to sign out and have had no communication from them other than a sorry you are leaving email.
Should I cancel my direct debit before it might be taken on 5th April?

I wouldn't cancel until your final bill is taken from your bank (if any)
that way you will avoid any problems should any occur
if your in credit it will be refunded back to your bank anyway0 -
See the Toto threads.
Many did NOT cancel their DD and Toto still took (stole) money from them.
Getting it back is a nightmare.0 -

Don’t tar all suppliers with the same brush. I left Bulb a month ago. They confirmed receipt of my final electricity reading about 16 days after the transfer. My credit was re-paid in full about 8 days later. No further payments have been taken but if the date of transfer and the DD payment date are within a few days of each other, then it is always possible that a payment will be taken which will be refunded in full with the Final Bill. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
