Unable To Gain Access To Credit cLub

I’ve never been able to gain access to MSE Crecit Club. Every time I login I get a page stating “Verification Pending”. It’s been like this since the launch and I receive the monthly email only to be met by this page and a message saying “These checks will usually be complete within 2 working days, so please come back to review the outcome of your application.“, but alas, this hasn’t happened.
I’ve used other credit referencing sites with no issues, can this one be resolved, or even reset, and if not, how can I stop the useless monthly email?

Have you tried emailing MSE credit club to report the problem? creditclub@moneysavingexpert.com
