GoldenOffers win but confused

Need a bit of help. I have received an email from Golden Offers which says....
''Fridays Winner! - Diana Bose, congratulations on winning the J NINA Guardian of Love Rose Gold Plated Heart with SWAROVSKI® crystals.'
However it doesn't say how i can claim it as with them, we just enter our name and email, so pretty sure they don't have my address. So not too sure if i should be excited yet. This will be my 1st win after a few years. So really anxious. Thanks in advance everyone.

"Entrants must ensure that contact details are correctly and accurately provided as the Promoter accepts no liability where a winner cannot be located."
I guess you need to reply with your address.
