    Tomorrow??
Yes, tomorrow. This has been said by me throughout my postings.
The advice that I received on here from someone that works at a CAB was to seek help yesterday which I did.

You've got no hope on that timescale. Might as well give up now.

That is exactly what I thought myself.
But a poster on here that works at a CAB told me that they would do it in that timescale - 28 days.

Presumably, Elmbridge CAB are aware of the dates and have given Danday advice on how to proceed.

I am pleased that Danday has sought - and is getting - the help he was looking for. I think it's now best for Danday and the forum to leave it between CAB and him as they've actually had the face to face conversation.

If he has any concerns (say about timescales) best he rings them. As was said earlier they do have both phone and email contact.

Yes the CAB said yesterday that the MR should be sent off this morning. They advised a simple couple of lines telling the DWP what I wanted. The CAB are aware of all of the dates such as the date of decision. I can only hope that they will get back to me next week to organise a better response/MR claim + evidence in the new time limit.

Let's see what happens although from past experience of waiting for contact from them no one did get back to me. But at least things are moving at the moment

I am confused, again, your post below stated you had your decision in the post on the 15th March??

    15th Mar 18, 10:51 PM
Following the PIP face to face nearly a month ago I had a wonderful letter this morning telling me that I have been awarded the grand total of 4 points for mobility and 8 for care.

    Where is the confusion?

Yes I had the decision notice on the 15th March but the date of the decision letter itself was the 6th March - it took 9 days minus a weekend to arrive. That is quite normal for the DWP.
I have until the 5th April to lodge the MR which is tomorrow.
Yes I was awarded standard care only, but what I am arguing for is the same award that I have had before which is Enhanced Care & Mobility. My difficulties are no different so why should the award be any different?

    Has that helped you understand?

If the MR has to be lodged tomorrow I'd phone up to ask them to lodge it, explaining about the letter and that you've got a CAB appointment. A belt and braces approach can't hurt.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Based on advice given on here, if the DWP refuse to accept the MR and deem it to be out of time, then I have the right to challenge that decision at a Tribunal. The poster in question was very good in giving me the link that confirms this.

I suppose if they 'refuse' the MR due to being 'out of time' you can always start another thread and ask for information for help.

Just as an aside, have you chosen to ignore the remarks on your two posts,
1, dated 16th February where you stated you had applied for Pension Credit that day as you were unaware that you could.
2, dated 4th April where you stated you had a free boiler fitted a couple of years ago as you were in receipt of Pension Credit?

I have had all of the help I need both from this site and eventually from the CAB. If I have to go down the route of a Tribunal then the argument rests on did I have good reason. Not having had help from the CAB could be one, the second would be my health problems which overtook the desire to get it done on time - you name it there are many reasons that I could use.
As for your last comment, is it really appropriate on this site to enter into such a discussion? I note that you are a new poster and as such we have to be more considerate to those that may not as yet fully understand all of the rules that this site is governed by.:)
