    No. The TR1 is just the LR form applying for the transfer to be registered.

    You need 'The Transfer dated xx/xx/xxxx'. To get this, use form OC2:
    https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/official-copies-of-documents-registration-oc2

    If you are not sure which Title relates to which property or land, buy the associated Plan. The description in the Title, together withh the associated Plan, should make clear what land it refers to.

    Some land (typically a flat, or a shop) may be ssubject to both a freehold Title and a leasehold title. These would normally be owned by different people.
