County court judgement

Hi there
Thanks in advance for your time.
About 4 months ago I took a small business(coffee shop on the high st) to court over some damages, and the court decided in my favour. However, the business still hasn't paid anything to me yet, and I wanted to find out about how I can take this further. Seeing that it's a small business that and I don't know who the owner of the business is, what should be my next step?

How much is the award for?
Does the business appear to have any assets?0 -

I'll second that.
They take no prisoners.
I did watch one programme where the claimant took an individual to court rather than the company.
How'd that work, do I need to find out who owns the business first since my case is against a sole trader company rather than a ltd one?0 -

£900, yes, they have stocks and fittings in the premises.0 -
The stocks could come in handy if you send the sheriffs in!0

If you won against a company then you can enforce against that company. You cannot enforce against someone else.
Contact a Sheriff company for example https://thesheriffsoffice.com/instruct-us/instruct-us-money-judgment
This does not constitute an endorsement. Give them the details of exactly who the judgement is against and get them to enforce it.0 -
