It is good to see that the Cheap Energy Club has, in the past 3 days, updated its Privacy Policy to comply with the EU/UK GDPR changes which come into force on the 25th May. It may be that a recent £80K fine against MoneySuperMarket has focussed minds given that a data protection breach after the 25th May could cost 4% of turnover or !!!8364;20M.

I just wonder how some of the smaller energy suppliers are managing this major change - particularly, those that have rolled out smart meters?
