Don't quite know why but I was given 150 bonus points on 22nd Sept then 500 more on 24th Sept. Felt quite disappointed this morning as just got the usual 5.

What does it say in your "My Account" > "Mail Points History" for these amounts ?

I presume there is a description like all the other entries - for example (in mine)

Bonus points for entering 5 out of 7 Unique Numbers 30
Your triple Nectar points for Wednesday, 19 September 10
Wed 19 September, 2018 - nnnnnnnnnnnn 5
Your double Nectar points for 11 September! 5
Tue 11 September, 2018 - nnnnnnnnnnnn 5

So what's the reason?

I had the same and it just says Bonus Points in my mail history x
