Towel Radiator or Tall Radiator?

We have a small bathroom downstairs.
It's about 2m square I guess, thereabouts.
It currently has a small (about 80cm tall) towel radiator. I was thinking of replacing this with a taller one but read online elsewhere that they're not that great at heating rooms.
I don't need the room to be really hot but sometimes it's really warm, other times not. The vent to outside isn't that great so sometimes sticks open I think.
So should I replace the towel radiator with a taller one, or look at one of those tall radiators?
Leaning towards the taller towel radiator as I don't think I need as much heat as the other radiator and it'll be less work if I get one that's the same size (not sure if a tall radiator comes in my size?).
The current towel radiator isn't electric - it runs off the central heating system.

Fit a taller one, more space for towels (which inherently reduce the output of the radiator anyway) and let the TRV control the temperature of the room.
And there's a huge difference in the output/quality of an eBay/Screwfix towel rad compared ones found in 'proper' suppliers (I'll give CityPlumbing a nod here) the difference is worth the price (IMHO)

Unless it's a very small space, a towel radiator isn't going to heat the room adequately. A 2m sq space fits my definition of small.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

It depends on whether you want/need to heat the bathroom.
We have a chunky towel rail in our bathroom, it's not a room we directly heat with a radiator.0 -
White towel rails wil throw out a lot more heat than chrome ones; do have a look at the BTUs when shopping.
I've just swapped ours (white, tall) for a column rad with a rail over. World of difference.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
