1. Holiday
The prize is for 2 people and valid at the 5-Star Unico 20º87º Riviera Maya on an all-inclusive board basis
for 7 nights in an Alcoba Swim Up
The prize winner is responsible for the service tax of US$10 per person per night
The winner must be one of the people who travel on the prize holiday. The prize cannot be transferred
The prize holiday MUST be booked within 28 days of notification of the prize the prize will become invalid after this date
Travel dates are from 10 September !!!8211; 15 December 2018
The prize must be taken as offered and no cash or alternative will be offered
The winner and their travelling companion are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport to travel
and any necessary visa, and that they hold adequate travel insurance
The holiday package will be booked through by Luxury Holidays Direct
The holiday prize does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other items or expense not specifically stated in the prize description. All such costs/expenses will be the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion

Claiming the Prize:
To claim a prize, the winning Participant must print out the email received from Travelzoo containing the information that Participant was randomly selected to win a prize, legibly hand write on the email print-out the Participant's name,
address, and telephone number, and then send it to Travelzoo, Attention: Prize Draw 2018, via facsimile, 0207 420 0401. Sponsor must receive all prize claims no later than FORTY-EIGHT (48) hours after the winner was notified by
the Sponsor. Within SEVEN (7) days of receipt of Participant's prize claim, Sponsor will supply via facsimile, email or Royal Mail, an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and publicity (the "Affidavit").
