Easter Chocolate Overload - What to do?

Hi,Not a good idea - if a passing dog gets hold of them before the owner realises, it could make them very ill, as human choc is poisonous to dogs.
would rather have chocolate on pavement than dog poo, that irresponsible dog owners don't clean up.
Much the same colour, different taste I would think.0 -
I make cornflake cakes with leftovers.
As an aside, I made cornflake cakes with crushed up ferrero rocher once, and they were lovely. (Tesco had a promotion and we got given loads from different people).:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -

But I'm sure you wouldn't want an innocent canine to suffer needlessly through being poisoned. If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
Maybe I'm not 'down with the kids' but what on earth is 'hauling 20 Easter eggs' about? It sounds like you've bought them all for yourself, (or stolen them!) Either way, the question is why? No-one needs 20 Easter eggs and it's not a good deal if you're buying things you don't need.
Easter eggs are traditionally given as gifts. Chocolate keeps for ages and as a child, I was given quite a few. I was given them under supervision, at lunch on Easter Day - told to choose one which I could start and the rest were bagged up in the cupboard. I was allowed a small amount after my evening meal each day. Kept me happy for months and none of this OMG about kids eating their entire daily calorie count before breakfast on Easter Day, in chocolate. Where has the self-control and common sense gone?!?!
P.S. I would never waste good quality eating chocolate in baking.Minimalist

Make a chocolate cake or tray bake. Melt some chocolate and pooled over the cake. Make sure that you portion the cake up before the chocolate fully sets.2025 Fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons

As the symptoms of Caffeine and Theobromine poisoning in dogs include vomiting, diarrhoea and increased urination, the odds are that the state of the pavement afterwards would be a lot worse than finding an alternative way of getting rid of Easter Eggs.
In terms of what to do about lots of chocolate, you store it in a cool, dark place and have some occasionally. It's not going to go off by the end of the week,
Oh, and if you get twenty odd of the things, next year, you tell your family that you are a fully grown adult rather than a six year old and whilst you appreciate the gesture, buying you sweeties isn't really something you expect them to do anymore.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0
