BBC iPlayer programmes

Hey - sorry if in wrong place, couldn't think where else to put this...

Anyone know how to check which programmes will be on the iPlayer?

Reason: I watch Traffic Cops and Dragons Den. :j

Both are on at 9pm tonight.

My 2 year old DVD Recorder doesn't record anymore :rolleyes:

traffic cops hasn't been on iPlayer when I've searched before but does anyone remember whether dragon's den was available for download last week?

Obviously can't search for it now because it isn't there anyway, being +7 days since the last ep.

It'd be great if BBC hasd a site to say in advance which shows would be available to catch-up. Thanks if anyone can help out!!! :T
