                    Hi
I've read the guidance on here and I've been following it so far but I'm a bit stumped as to where I am at the moment, it's possible that I've just missed it so if someone could point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.
I got a PCN, sent the appeal, had the chance to appeal to the IAS (?) but ignored that as per the advice, now I've got a "notice of intended court proceedings". There is no option to reply apart from paying the fine so I'm assuming I just ignore this for now?
I followed the advice during the appeals process to not mention it but I do actually have a valid ticket for the time they're claiming for, it had just falled off the dashboard, they sent me a photo of the ticket on the floor of the car as part of the PCN. I'm assuming as they state the "ticket" should be visible, pointing out that I have the ticket would still be a waste of time?
Any help much appreciated, thanks.

unless you have a formal LBC conforming to the pre action protocols of oct 2015 (google it)
or an MCOL from the CCBC in Northampton
then you IGNORE like it says in post #4 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread
the only notices you do not ignore are a real LBC or an MCOL
a debt collector letter will telll you to pay said debt collector, no matter what name is on the letterhead0

            "notice of intended court proceedings".
Putting those words into the search box for this forum only, gives you shedloads of results.
 e.g.
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/74041883#Comment_74041883PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That's the level of concern you should have for these scum.0

It doesn't matter what they state. What matters is what was on the signs on the day and whether that requirement was clearly indicated on the signs.

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.
Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each year). They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct
Hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned.
The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the HofC recently.

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind they will be out of business by Christmas. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

 Do you have a pic?
I've got a pic of the ticket and I'll be able to login and see the pic that the guy who put the ticket on the car taken of the ticket on the floor of my car.
Or do you mean a ticket of the sign with the T&Cs on?0
