Are the damp walls exterior? The damp walls and the incorrect pointing could well be linked, pointing that!!!8217;s too strong traps moisture in the structure making damp interior walls over time. Repoint in the right softer material so moisture can escape and it!!!8217;ll dry out & the damp will cease. Damp walls can also be caused by poor ventilation & condensation, things that aren!!!8217;t that much bother to fix.0

My electrics are !!!8220;out of date!!!8221; even though the house is less than 15 years old. For me it means my wires are red and black rather than brown and blue!0
