Experian Credit Report - Print Layout Varies?

I'm trying to print a credit report for each of my parents. When I log in for my dad, on the experian website, it forwards to creditexpert.co.uk and allows you to print in a very user-friendly format.

When I log in on the experian website for my mum, it forwards to ins.experian.co.uk and gives you a very poor layout to print.

Why is this?

(Note - My mum may have previously held an account on experian a few years ago briefly)

  • I hope they're not paying for those accounts.

You can get your Experian report free on the MSE Credit Club

    Does it matter?

As long as it’s not back-to-front it’ll be fine for any reason you need.

All I can suggest is to use the MSE credit club and print from that, there's also the other 2 agencies too so maybe print the report from them.

Have you done a search here? There was someone complaining their broker was unhappy with the style of their report and Experian refused to change it. Apparently people are being changed over gradually. No idea whch one is the new style.

Did you get an instant report? The one time I applied for an Experian statutory report I had to wait for a code to be sent in the post.
