Can someone help us, we are renting out our old property and our 1st tenants moved in 3 weeks ago now. Terms are that they pay in advance, and 6 weeks deposit.
We haven't received any money yet though or a statement, but we do realise that any money we do receive this month will be subject to the letting agents fees etc.
Can anyone give us advice as to when we should expect to have received any monies or at least a statement from our letting agent?
I'm getting no replies from them via email and will need to phone them tomorrow.

Most letting agents endeavour to pay Landlords within 7 days of receiving the rent in cleared funds. I would call them first thing tomorrow. Are they members of ARLA or the NAEA with cllient money protection?0
