GDPR Advice

Hi,

Sorry if this has been posted somewhere else but I'm looking for some advice.

Can I excerise my right to be forgotten by all CRAs then?
If so, how do I do this?

Also, I wouldn't be looking to take any new credit out, but what would happen to my existing credit cards for example?

No. They will refute it under the rights of others.

GDPR doesnt work like that, they can refuse to delete data for multiple reasons, such as not in your best interests / it affects others (such as if you had terrible credit affordability but wanted to delete your data so you could try get a 20K loan etc)

    Thanks both!

As thought, didn't think it would be that easy or simple.
