"Each entrant that validly submits their entry as set out above (each a “Valid Entry”) will be entered into the prize draw to be held within seven (7) days of the Closing Date (“Draw”). The first two Valid Entries randomly selected from the Draw (each a “Winner” and together the “Winners”) shall win a Prize.
The Winners shall each win a trip for two (2) (being the Winner and the Elected Person (as defined below) people during the period between 01 November 2018 to 30 November 2018 for the “Hydro Adventure Weekend[TR1] ” (“Event”) in Cape Town, South Africa (“Prize”), and which shall consist of the following:
participation for the Winner and the Elected Person in the following activities: (i) shark cage diving; (ii) abseiling; and (iii) mountain biking (each an “Activity” and together the “Activities”); the date, time and other details of the Activities shall be determined by Monster Hydro in its absolute discretion, subject to availability;
no less than a three (3) night stay for the Winner and the Elected Person in twin room accommodation in a no less than three (3) star rating hotel to be selected by Monster Hydro in its absolute discretion, subject to availability (“Hotel”);
economy flight return tickets for each of the Winner and the Elected Person from an airport in Great Britain to an airport in Cape Town, South Africa as selected by Monster Hydro (“Destination Point”); the airport locations, dates and times of the flights shall be determined by Monster Hydro in its complete discretion; and
return economy transfers as determined by Monster Hydro in its absolute discretion for the Winner and the Elected Person from Destination Point to Hotel/ from Destination Point to the Event/from the Hotel to the Event as determined by Monster Hydro in its absolute discretion; the times and mode of transport to be determined by Monster Hydro in its absolute discretion, subject to availability."
