No Final Decision Letters. I have asked them to resend several times and have been promised call back's on 8 occasions. I just need to get it looked at by someone senior.0

Ring up and ask to speak to a manager or go into a branch and get them to send some sort of internal message (take proof of ID). The people at the top will have assistants or PAs who filter all the emails through the proper channels, they'll simply bounce it down the lineSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Take names, times and so on just in case it's needed later on to show what you've done, paper record will be enoughSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

They calculate based on the records they hold to an agreed refund method set by the regulator, unless you have records showing you have paid significantly more then their calculation is assumed to be correctSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
