Hi there,
Waiting for a house sale and I've been chasing things up because I don't trust any of the so-called professionals. Rang the buyer's solicitors (posing as a potential customer no name given) and they said they use a company to do these. It is called Severnside/Sevenside? anyone have any idea about them because I'm going to ring and ask how long they take. I think I'm being told porkies somewhere (was on previous sale that went pear shaped).
