This makes no sense, surely it's over 50k or over 60k???
You understand that if you receive payment and your individual income (or your partner's income if you have or had one) was between £50,000 and £60,000, you or your partner will be liable to a tax charge0 -
Between £50-60K you pay some back. Over £60k you pay it all back.0
