TSB - anyone offer an opinion?

OP did express a preference in first posting, for a local branch. in 2nd. branch, OP expressed a preference for telephone banking, 3rd. post for paper statements. That is what I base my opinions upon: OP's actual preferences. Which is why I put TSB forward:
*OP knows of a local TSB branch nearby.
*Telephone banking is available.
*Paper statements are available: I have Paperless statements with internet banking, but OP Charlton King does not like internet banking. The opinions of anyone else regarding that, are irrelevant. If I wished to do so, I could advise TSB via telephone or internet, that I want to return to Paper statements. There is a section on the website, when I access my account, for just that action.
I based my views and advice specifically upon the OP's preferences. Is that not what giving advice is all about?I think this job really needs
a much bigger hammer.

Is it likely that everyone's views are on this or any other subject are going to be identical? You know - given that individual circumstances, priorities, requirements and experiences vary..?
I'm not sure what all the high dudgeon is about. I'm grateful to everyone for their views and nobody needs to regard this as a DefCon5 situation if those of others differ. Chill out, people!0 -

TSB will send you paper statements if you want them, but please bear in mind that they won't pay you any interest or cashback if you require paper statements and won't use internet banking. In which case, the Classic Plus account becomes no better than the plain old Classic account.0 -

Their website, after much digging, says that I only need to use internet banking once per year. I may be able to live with that.0 -
Just to resurrect this thread briefly in the light of recent events...
... and my final decision not to go with them.
The following line is an expression of genuine relief and not an attempt to sound smart-alecky:
