Premier Inn - confusion over paying

Hi
We are wanting to stay in a premier inn. I have selected available dates and ideally want to book it online. How were we have a leisure voucher which needs susing and would like to pay with that and the through debit card or cash. It seems the website doesn't offer a facility for the vouchers meaning we would have to use them on arrival? But how do I then reserve a room and pay when we get there? Can you do that?

If you are booking a flexible rate I don't think you need to pay until you actually arrive (as you can cancel at short notice if you wish).
But if you want to take advantage of their cheaper no-cancelable rates then you need to pay at the time of booking, so I'm not sure how they could accept a leisure voucher either online or over the phone... (I don't think they have unique numbers on the, do they ?)0 -
I've just looked at their FAQ - and it seems to suggest you need to secure your booking using a debit or credit card first and can then pay with leisure vouchers on arrival - but it;s not clear if this is for all rates including the saver ones, which require payment up front, or just the flexible ones

Note that you'll need id to prove you're the person who originally made the booking0 -

They won't. I have asked Premier Inn this in the past. To use Leisure Vouchers you have to book the flexible (more expensive) rate. Then use the vouchers when you arrive at the hotel......0
