I think the answer they're looking for is "fresh whole milk" from the comp text, and also a Google search on "mackie!!!8217;s ice cream ingredients" showed "See the recipes section for ideas on how to enjoy Mackie's ice cream. Whole milk (60%), whipping cream (21%), sugar..." etc.
