HSBC £50 12 Month Incentive Delay
Comments

Just called HSBC for one last and final time and hopefully now a step to resolve. Thankfully someone with knowledge explained that thought I was paying in the £1,750, it was only via faster payment not BACS. He did say I did qualify and will get the £50 within 2 working days.
Not sure if the T&C's stated that the payment had to be made via BACS to qualify. I didnt pay in my salary to the HSBC account .0 -

I think that person was being rather dishonest. There is nothing in the terms requiring that the account is funded via BACS to receive either part of the incentive.0
