Lightweight Laptop for around £150

I am looking for a lightweight, portable laptop that I can use for a commute. Maybe 13" or 15"
Need it to be pretty light as I'll be using a laptop bag with carry handle and not shoulder strap. Putting Linux on it, is also an option.
If I could even push it under £100 that would be great, I know we are pushing it at these price brackets. But I am hoping the MSE IT forum gurus can come up with some good ideas

You'll be looking at used/refurbished at that price and even then you can't expect too much.0

Find a private seller and it may be cheaper.
Seen those Dells go from private sellers for under £100 last time i looked about 2 months ago.

Obviously the ssd and 16Gb memory ones will be much more.
I am unsure which is more reliable the r930 or e6230 ?
These are outside the 3-5 life cycle, so some businesses may be paying to have these dumped.0
