Aerial + TV points quote

I've moved into a house in SW England which has no TV installation at all. We would like 4 TV points. The house is an old cottage/barn so thick stone walls.
I've had 2 quotes to do the following work:
Quote 1 - came to see the house. Said we need 2 aerials due to size/layout of house (I can believe him on this). Would do 3 points off one aerial and one off the other - makes sense given the layout. Said signal was very good and if anyone else told me we needed an amplifier then they were lying! Would put aerial in loft assuming he can get a good position, otherwise on roof.
Total: £495
Quote 2 - over the phone. Didn't ask any details about the house, and I didn't manage to get the point over that I thought we needed 2 aerials as he seemed very rushed. Price "would include amplifier if you needed one", no details on where aerial would go
Quoted £120 for aerial, £50 per point. I assume the second aerial if needed would be the same price.
Total : £440
Any thoughts? The house is large and looks nice so I don't know if I'm being ripped off as they assume I'm rich, which I'm not! If this is the going price, then given the service I've received so far I'll go with quote 1.

Excuse any mis-spelt replies, there's probably a cat sat on the keyboard
