Ok - if you were me would you be happy with this?
I bought it as a gift. Given the picture is square, I assumed that was the case. No. All that arrived was a disc with a picture on the picture on the front in a clear wallet. Disc looks homemade. No instructions, or compatability details so not practical to give as a present.
I've contacted seller but no response.

Well it says 100% Money Back Guarantee, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase!
so just keep trying to contact the seller I guess.

TBH, if it does what it says on the tin, you got what you paid for.
They do offer a money back guarantee. My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
tbh i would have thought it may have come as just a disc.i would pursue a return/refund as said.
maybe even make a copy before i returned it0 -
What did you THINK you had bought?British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0

To be honest, you can pretty much see what you're getting.0

The picture on the disc I have is different to the one in the auction. I thought it was in a case as the auction picture is square.
This is a picture of the item as it arrived straight out of a plain white envelope

(for some reason I can't insert a picture direct into my message)
If I go for a refund I suppose I'm still down on P&P (£3 even though only 1st class stamp used). If I go through Ebay as a dispute will I get my P&P back?~Laugh and the world laughs with you, weep and you weep alone.~:)
