The One account, is it good to have mortgage and saving's all in together?

    It can be if you are well organised. This type of account is basically a glorified current account with a rather large overdraft facility (ie your mortgage).

    I have remortgaged clients who took one of these as they found the mortgage was going up not down or the management of the account was too much bother.

    It may be a better option to consider either an offset mortgage or a fully flexible one.
