Hang door, remove/replace door frames & architrave

I have 5 new doors that I would like hanging but would also like the old door frames removed and new frames inserted and new architrave fitted.

Any idea how much I should expect to pay for this job per door?
I would be supplying all the materials...

Hi,

We are getting 3 doors supplied and fitted. 2 Frames are being supplied and fitted (the third frame is ok). And Architrave around all three doors.

We are being charged £380. I reckon the parts cost £180. £105 for doors (£35 each), £30 for two frames, £30 for Architrave, £15 for hinges and latches. We already have the handles.

So thats £200 labour. Says it should take 1-1.5 days.

1 day is a good speed for a man to install 5 doors. For 8 working hours 5 doors installation is 1 hour 36 minutes for a door. :beer:

think i would allow 2 days labour, inc the door frames. so thats about 200/400 quid depending where you live?
