Hello, I'm looking to replace my garage roof from asbestos corrugated sheets to a concrete tiled roof and looking for a ball park figure before calling roofers in the midlands area. The garage is a single garage attached to my 3 bed semi detached house in the midlands area built in 1956. The size of the garage is approx. 9 feet x 26 feet. Any rough idea on how much I'll be spending for the new garage roof with guttering/upvc fascia boards? Thank you!!

We paid £1500 to have a corrugated asbestos single garage roof removed and replaced with OSB/felt, if that's any use!

Probably cost more than you think! Asbestos sheets are laid almost flat, roof tiles go on a pitched roof. Which means you need a new roof structure first.
