Afternoon guys! Hope this is the right place!
Have a couple of CCJ questions.
1) Do they fall off your credit file after 6 years, even if you are still repaying them?
2) Is there anywhere I could get a list of them, with dates they started from? I think I have three but don’t know when they all started. Thanks !!!128522;

Hi WinstonTown
CCJs always drop off your credit file after 6 years, regardless of whether you are paying them. You will still owe the debt, although the claimant needs special permission for some types of action in the county court.
As zx81 says you can check all 3 credit reference agencies for CCJs made in the last 6 years. There are free websites now linked to each credit reference agency. Alternatively you can search www.trustonline.org.uk but there is a fee for doing this.
