  • Hiya,

It could be for something like a new bank card ... my natwest wasn't due to expire for a while but they sent a new one a few weeks ago by recorded.

    xx

unfortunatly delivery offices dont havespecific people to answer phones os its just another job ot fit in.
my office has 2 phone lines that ring all day.if im on one line i cant answer the other:confused:
in real terms staffing levels are being cut and they should just drop the local office numbers and go national/online

In our office either the manager or the phg almost always answers the phone during office opening hours.

dunno, maybe a smaller office.our PHG office has its own 2 seperate lines.
managers only take calls directed via national customer services

@ aaroncaz it gets tiring trying to do the duties of a phg, answer the door for parcel collections and do the phone.i could litterally sit on the phone all day and do nothing else.
then you get someone coming in and saying you never answer the phone

Okay folks lets pack it in and not keep arguing whether your local delivery office answers the phone or not.
