Recorded Letter???

Just missed one, a letter, needs a signature, could it be a court summons? can't think what else it could be, is this the usual procedure???

    Did they leave a slip to contact the delivery office, you will be better off ringing to get it re-delivered so you can find out what it is.

    The delivery office never answer the phone!!

    nope it wont be a court summons(if its the same as scotland).these are not carded but returned to sender.
    the court then sends out a 1st class one when the get the RD one back as no answer

    Yes,

    But you would have to go to the sorting office to pick the letter up. If you cannot get to the sorting office then you can have it re-delivered to your door then you can sign for it. :D

    Are you expecting a court summons it seems a little weird jumping on that possibility. If you are and its for an unpaid debt I would recommend getting in touch with a charity now and sorting something out you cannot live like this worrying about mail.
