Recorded Letter???

Just missed one, a letter, needs a signature, could it be a court summons? can't think what else it could be, is this the usual procedure???

Did they leave a slip to contact the delivery office, you will be better off ringing to get it re-delivered so you can find out what it is.0

nope it wont be a court summons(if its the same as scotland).these are not carded but returned to sender.
the court then sends out a 1st class one when the get the RD one back as no answer0 -

Yes,
But you would have to go to the sorting office to pick the letter up. If you cannot get to the sorting office then you can have it re-delivered to your door then you can sign for it.

Are you expecting a court summons it seems a little weird jumping on that possibility. If you are and its for an unpaid debt I would recommend getting in touch with a charity now and sorting something out you cannot live like this worrying about mail.0
