I have been using Windows 10 for some time without problem. However this morning I get a black screen and error message telling me my tablet pen is not supported. I click ok in order to continue with start-up and the message returns a number of times before disappearing just leaving a black screen
I can’t find a way of getting into safe mode start to correct this can anybody help please?
Thanks

Do you have access to another win 10 pc to create a repair disc/drive? Then access the bios to make the pc start from the usb or cd drive

OR 3 restarts does the same IE
1. start
2. wait for black screen
3. emergency shutdown (hold start button for 5 seconds)
Repeat the above 3 times.
EDIT: seeing quite a few issues with Windows 10 updates recently; RESET (with "keep data" option) fixes things at the cost of losing (non-Microsoft) program installs.0
