Hi all
We have a problem with our Polaroid 55 Inch LED UHD TV - Series 6.
The TV source/input menu keeps appearing on the left hand side of the screen and the curser keeps scrolling through all the sources and randomly choosing one. This happens even if we take the batteries out of the remote control!
We keep trying to choose a source, eg Sky, but the menu re-appears within seconds and the tv tries to choose another one. Then the source not available screen appears and the tv begins the shut down timer.
Has anyone else had this problem?
We bought the tv last July so the warranty should still be valid if there is no hope.
Thank you.

I've seen nothing but bad reviews for the Polaroids I'm afraid, apparently they're prone to losing inputs through the HDMI connections.
Our local Asda (presuming that's where you bought it) were giving full refunds with no quibble regardless of how much into the warranty they were because of the problems they have.
You could try a reset from the menu perhaps.0 -
Thanks Colin.
We've done a factory reset but problem continued.
A replacement TV is being delivered on Tuesday. If only I knew then what I know now0
