Ball park to remove old boiler

HI,
We are looking into moving, but the house we want is a 60's property and needs renovating.
The first job will be to remove the old "back boiler" situated behind the gas fire in the living room and replace it with a modern combi. The water tank and etc would also need removing (I'm guessing?) and probably new radiators fitted??
But just trying to work out ball park figures and wondered if anyone could give some advise?
House is 60's 3 bed semi.
