Credit rating info is wrong....

Hey
At the moment my credit rating is lower than I would like and one of the 'reports' as to why its lower is that I do not have a credit card. But I do have a card and have had one for nearly a year. Also my address is wrong.
How do I amend this info?
Thanks
Jody

There are three credit reference agencies, the credit card provider might not report to all of them so it won't necessarily change on all.
What is the issue with the address?
With regards to your rating, if you mean 'score' then don't pay too much attention to it as it's just for your information, lenders will look at your credit history rather than a meaningless score.0 -
What credit card are you using?
I remember thinking the same thing, when I had an American Express card, however it is called a "Charge Card" which is I think slightly different from a "Credit Card"0
